What is it?

There is more to defining processes than drawing flow-charts.
This two-day workshop covers the concepts behind process modelling using Scarecrow’s long-established ‘seven views’ approach.
Aimed at anyone who is responsible for the definition of business and engineering processes, the workshop introduces the concepts behind process modelling, discusses the issues with traditional methods and provides, through the ‘seven views’ approach, a robust, consistent and complete method for process modelling.

This course is aimed at anyone who is involved with defining, or has a need to understand, a Process-based approach in an organisation. This includes people involved with quality assurance, standards, process assessment, audits, compliance and workflow definition. Although the examples used are based on Systems Engineering, the principles taught here can be applied to any type of Process..
